As a pension insurance company, we provide our customer service in Finnish. Therefore, some roles require excellent Finnish skills.

We work in a hybrid model, focusing on smooth daily operations and balance across different aspects of life. It is important for us to consider employees’ different life situations and family relationships and to create as flexible solutions as possible to balance work and other aspects of life. Our comfortable and modern, recently renovated workspaces are located in Tapiola Helmi, Espoo. 

Comprehensive Onboarding
With comprehensive onboarding, we aim to support new employees’ commitment to Elo, help them understand their role within the company, improve work quality and safety, and provide sufficient readiness to work in their future tasks, speeding up their adaptation. Twice a year, we welcome new employees with a welcome breakfast event where they can learn more about Elo and meet new colleagues.
